- All members who have been enrolled as full members of the Parent Body and who have paid the prescribed membership fees for the year shall have the right
- To receive all communications from the General Secretary
- To vote
- To propose and second the candidature of another member
- To be nominated for office in the Colombo Chapter
- All members who have been enrolled as associate members and who have paid the prescribed membership fees for the year and all Honorary Members shall receive all communication from the General Secretary.
